Surprisingly enough, this is not the hat that came with the dress she's wearing. I know you might have been fooled otherwise, since the blues coordinate so well.

Good dental hygiene habits start early! She loves brushing her teeth.

I love that blue dress, it's so pretty. The hat goes nicely with it, although I think she needs something with a wider brim.
That's nice that she likes brushing her teeth. Elena clamps down her lips so I have a hard time brushing her front teeth. She likes sucking the toothpaste out of the tube, but not brushing.
We don't use toothpaste yet, just water on the brush. And she really does more biting and sucking on it than anything, but (usually) lets us get a quick brush in before she takes over. :)
Oh - her dress is from a consignment shop...of course!! :) But it's from her Poppy and Nana; we went to an upscale consignment shop together (well, Nana and I) and she bought a few frilly things for Kaylee. We've had it since she was 2 months old, just waiting to be worn! It actually does have a matching hat, but its brim is quite small, too, and not quite as stately as the one shown here.
