At the beach!
So we made it to the beach with Kaylee before she turned 2.5. She often doesn't like getting her hands dirty, so I wasn't sure how she'd react to the sand, but she loves it! Luckily, as we're here all week. We're here with my cousin Stephen, wife Stephanie, kids Ethan and Brennan and my cousin Jason, wife Kimberly and son Ryker. Here are a few photos of our first beach outing...Ethan and Brennan are in one of the photos with Kaylee.

I can't believe Kaylee stayed still long enough to have her legs buried. She's usually so non-stop action when she's awake! Have a wonderful time, Kaylee.

Not only that...she sat there long enough to get buried in sand, for me to go to the ocean to rinse my hands, go back up to our bags and get the camera and get back to her to take a picture. I think the fact that Ethan had been completely (as in all but his head) buried in sand before her helped.
